Corporate Real Estate (CRE), with around 1,300 real estate experts, is responsible for more than 12,000 properties worldwide, covering a total area of over 38 million m. As part of Corporate Real Estate (CRE), the Bonn Campus Management division consolidates all topics related to infrastructure and accessibility at the Bonn site. This includes managing areas such as mobile and fixed-line communications, visitor services, the Germany Ticket, parking facilities, as well as catering services and office space design. Senior Expert (m/f/d) / AT nltd Level 1 (BesGr A14/A15) Main tasks: Project Management Specialist (m/f/d) Development and management of Bonn Campus Management projects at the Bonn site in the areas of digitalization, infrastructure, process optimization, employee services, and modern work: Leading Bonn Campus Management projects Preparing and presenting business cases and decision templates for project approval and prioritization in collaboration with Controlling Defining project objectives as well as project scope, planning, and organization, including alignment with decision-makers Preparing and evaluating analyses, such as market and offer analyses Technical responsibility for developing solution designs Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., HR, IT, Security, social partners, and other Bonn Campus areas) and driving decisions Managing internal and external service providers, such as IT providers, experts, planners, and contractors Continuous monitoring of project status and reporting to management Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks Managing assigned project budgets as well as cost and resource control Advising internal customers at the Bonn site on topics such as digitalization, infrastructure, modern work, and employee services Continuous improvement of Bonn Campus Management processes Professional Requirements: Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or (digital) business management, or equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the areas of digitalization, mobility, and new workplace concepts Ability to proactively drive initiatives or projects from idea to execution and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics Excellent knowledge of project management methods Knowledge in IT/system transformation and digitalization is desirable Experience in managing external service providers is an advantage Excellent MS Office skills Excellent German and English skills Personal Requirements: Analytical and conceptual skills Organized and structured working style Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management skills Assertiveness Team player Notes for Applicants: Please apply online with your complete documents (CV, cover letter, and certificates) via the application link in the job posting.
