Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Project Manager for A320 Family Customer Line (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg‑Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Project Manager in his accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
• Leading eradication initiatives with the shopfloor and engineering communities
• Setting up efficient project management processes and methods across the initiatives to enable strong project execution and secure demonstrated performance versus targeted / planned achievements incl. function KPI management
• Establishing a robust end‑to‑end planning for the project portfolio, performing its tracking in relationship with the stakeholders
• Establishing Risk & Opportunities management to anticipate issues and risks of the project
• Overview of all projects/initiatives running in business incl. Status, Costs, Actions, Prios, Due Dates
• Ability to prioritize projects which are supporting the SA Ramp‑Up strategy and lead‑time improvements
• Support of a meaningful reporting

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, International Management or comparable
• Work experience in Project Management, Process Improvement and Contract Management
• Knowledge in Change‑-, Lean‑, Risk‑, and Project Management
• Experience in Google Workspace
• Experience with Airbus is a plus
• Agile methods are desirable
• Experience with Skywise is preferred
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
