Location: 100% remote – candidates must be based in Germany and ideally close to the company offices in Frankfurt.

Our global client is a provider of scientific diagnostic solutions and expertise. Using data, they help laboratories to develop and improve preventative, diagnostic and therapeutic health services.

The Job

They now wish to recruit a German speaking Project Manager. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the services sector – on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will also manage resources and ensure best practices.

Typical job responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute project plans
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in project management within the services sector
• Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector in Germany
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

Salary

€76,926 - €96,157 + excellent benefits.
