Position Summary

You will support in M&A transactions and lead complex, cross-functional projects within our innovative genetic testing environment. Proficiency in building and analysing financial models in a speedy manner along with supporting the due diligence process is paramount. Your ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels is critical. This role demands proactive leadership, resilience, and exceptional stakeholder engagement to ensure projects deliver value efficiently and on schedule.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on potential targets, analyzes financial data, and develops financial models to assess the viability of deals.
• Assist in all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence and closing.
• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through successful execution and closure.
• Clearly define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Drive alignment and cooperation across Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, R&D, IT and other key functions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Provide transparent, frequent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring full visibility and alignment.
• Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Document outcomes, successes, and lessons learned to facilitate ongoing organizational growth.
• Translate company-wide strategic goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze project performance using KPIs and recommend course corrections where necessary.
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Dein Profil

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA, MSc etc).
• 3+ years of successful project management experience, preferably within biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or related industries.
• Experience with M&A, investment banking, or alike is highly preferable.
• Exceptional communicator with superior interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies; certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile PM) highly advantageous.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
