To support our rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Heating Systems who thrives on responsibility, enjoys customer collaboration, and knows how to deliver complex technical projects with confidence.

What You’ll Lead

Project Ownership

• Plan and execute heating projects end-to-end — schedules, budgets, resources, and performance
• Oversee every project stage, from initial planning through commissioning
• Keep timelines, scopes, and sustainability goals aligned

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the central contact for clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Build long‑term relationships and manage expectations with clarity and conviction
• Ensure seamless communication so projects stay on track

Contract & Compliance Leadership

• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers and suppliers
• Ensure contract compliance across quality, timelines, and regulatory requirements
• Address risks, disputes, and legal considerations proactively

Team Coordination & Site Oversight

• Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners
• Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and drive accountability
• Conduct site inspections to ensure high‑quality execution

Technical & Operational Expertise

• Collaborate with engineers to guarantee technical accuracy and safety
• Support maintenance and emergency measures
• Troubleshoot technical challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset

Financial & Risk Management

• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures
• Evaluate supplier bids and drive cost‑efficient decisions
• Identify risks early and establish mitigation strategies

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare status reports for leadership and key stakeholders
• Archive customer and project data for future reference
