Project Manager in AI (All Genders)

Your Role:

We are looking for an AI Project Manager, responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-based products. In this hybrid role (2-3 days on-site in Murnau am Staffelsee), you will have a strategic position, guiding the product from vision and strategy to delivery of integrated, functional AI solutions, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product strategy for AI solutions aligned with company goals.
• Define a clear product vision and communicate it to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new AI applications.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client expectations and gather feedback.

Product Development & Management

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to define and develop AI products and features.
• Create and manage product requirement documents, user stories, and development roadmaps.
• Integrate AI and ML models into existing software platforms, ensuring quality and performance.

Project Management & Product Launch

• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new AI products and features.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor AI product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data‑driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize product iterations.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in AI or data science is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally focused on AI or advanced technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, bot frameworks, and dialogue systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, with a proactive mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in German.
