ASAP Role Overview

As a

Technical Project Manager , you will lead complex composite projects from concept to delivery. This is a high-impact position involving international client coordination, hands-on project leadership, and technical involvement in one of the most innovative sectors in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

End-to-end responsibility for project delivery (planning, execution, delivery). Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as a central communication hub between internal teams and international clients. Budget & Risk Management:

Prepare and oversee project budgets, perform risk assessments, ensure KPIs are met. Technical Oversight:

Provide engineering insight and support optimization of technical processes. Must-Have Skills

Technical & Project Management Minimum

3 years

of experience in technical project management Background in

mechanical or industrial engineering Proven experience with

budgeting and risk management Tools & Systems Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. We Clapp or equivalent) Languages German:

C1–C2 English:

C1–C2 Soft Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Proactive, hands-on mentality Ability to work independently and drive initiatives Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of

aerospace industry Fluency in

French

is a plus, not required Team & Reporting
