Project Manager Officer

You will be key member with support responsibilities to help project managers successfully deliver their projects. You should be experienced in agile concepts, be pragmatic and keenly focused on delivery. Mission:Coordinating & running team meetings, developing project charters, resourcing and financials planning, leading surveys and feedback sessions etc.Collaborating with project managers to ensure projects consistently deliver in-scope, on time and on budget.Initiating project setup and supporting them through phase gate reviews, participating in planning and execution meetingsManaging compliance to standards and processes.Reporting on team and project related matters.Coordinating change activities. Requirements4+ years of experience as PMOGood communication and stakeholder management skills.English and German fluentExperience with the clarity tool is an advantageWorking experience in the Finance field would be a plus Workload: 60 %Work location: Germany – on-site in Frankfurt from time to time requiredStart Date: March 2026 We can consider only candidates willing to be employed by us through our company in Germany.
