Project Manager Quality QMS (all genders)

Stellenbeschreibung:

As part of the tonies® Team, you will be the strategic architect and lead project manager behind our quality landscape. Your mission is to take full ownership of the end‑to‑end project: building, implementing and certifying a robust Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up, steering the company towards ISO 9001:2026 certification and leading complex quality & compliance projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & QMS Integration
  • Own and drive the full certification roadmap— from the initial gap analysis and process design to successful external audit and certification.
  • Design, implement and continuously improve a high‑performance QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2026 requirements.
  • Act as the primary interface to certification bodies, auditors and external stakeholders.
  • Support the company’s Quality Policy and actively contribute to achieving Quality Objectives.
  • Prepare and present Management Reviews for executive leadership, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Standardize, harmonize and optimise quality‑related processes across all departments.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement (e.g., CAPA, root cause analysis, lessons learned).
  • Define, track and report on quality KPIs to ensure transparency and performance.
  • Drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and product quality.
Technical Documentation
  • Define and enforce standards for technical documentation and document control.
  • Ensure full product traceability and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and management of the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
Audit Management
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
  • Identify risks within processes and systems and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Qualifications

  • Several years of proven experience in Senior Quality Management or Senior Project Management, ideally within the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, track record of successful certifications and proficiency in project & process management.
  • Strong familiarity with the New Toy Safety Regulation, packaging regulations and the evolving requirements of the Digital Product Passport.
  • Experience in leading projects and driving change across different levels of an organization.
  • Confident, self‑assured personality with friendly, team‑oriented approach, excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to Schwäbisch Gmünd and Düsseldorf.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
