Mit fortschreitender Energiewende hat sich die Zahl der zu bauenden Umspannwerke in Folge gestiegener netztechnischer Bedarfe für Umspannkapazitäten zum Verteilnetzbetreiber sowie die Anfragen zum Anschluss an die Umspannwerke / Leitungen von 50Hertz vervielfacht. Um diese Herausforderung auch mit Hilfe von Turn-Key- bzw. EPC-Auftragnehmern bewältigen zu können, suchen wir eine Bauherrenvertretung.

Meine Aufgaben

• Übergeordnete Steuerung, Koordination und Überwachung mehrerer Turnkey-Projekte im Rahmen einer Bauherrenvertretung des Asset Owners zur Sicherstellung der vertragsgemäßen Umsetzung hinsichtlich Budget, Termine und Qualität,
• Vergabe- und Vertragsmanagement, insbesondere in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellenbereichen wie Controlling, Einkauf und Recht, Koordination der Schnittstellenkompatibilität zu angrenzenden Projekten in Abstimmung mit dem Portfoliomanagement und weiteren Geschäftsbereichen,
• Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Bereichen und externen Partnern zur effizienten Projektabwicklung,
• Aufbau und prozessuale Ausgestaltung der Bauherrenfunktion inklusive Definition und Implementierung entsprechender Abläufe und Verantwortlichkeiten sowie Erstellung des Leistungsverzeichnis des EPC-Dienstleisters,
• Mitwirkung bei der Klärung von Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsabgrenzung innerhalb der Projektorganisation,
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Turnkey-Unternehmern, 50Hertz und weiteren externen Partnern, mit Fokus auf Kommunikation, Vertragssteuerung und Abstimmung,
• Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen,
• Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Projektabwicklung und -steuerung,
• Vertretung des Projekts in internen Entscheidungsprozessen (Stage Gates) und Umsetzung der Entscheidungen in Vertragsänderungen und Projektsteuerung.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurswesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar,
• Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Generalunternehmern
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Infrastruktur/Energie, gern auch mit entsprechender Zertifizierung (IPMA o.ä.),
• Fahrerlaubnis und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen,
• Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such such as IT or purchasing are organized at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
