What You'll Do

As a hands-on contributor, you will:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to data, system, or platform migrations.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, alignment with industry best practices, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Draft realistic migration scenarios, including planning, data mapping, risk assessment, cutover strategies, stakeholder communication, and post-migration validation.
• Create scenario variations from the perspectives of migration specialists, IT leads, business stakeholders, and compliance advisors.
• Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplifications in AI-generated content.
• Assess and enhance AI logic around structured problem solving, edge cases, and migration methodology application.

Simply put: Your insights will ensure AI-generated migration content reflects authentic, real-world practices and challenges. Rather than executing migrations yourself, you'll help define how AI reasons about migration topics for users worldwide.

You Are

Who We’re Looking For

• A migration specialist, systems engineer, solutions architect, or IT professional with several years of hands-on migration experience
• Based in the EU or UK
• Experienced across the entire migration lifecycle: planning, execution, validation, and post-migration analysis
• Adept at identifying challenges in data mapping, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and compliance
• Familiar with current migration frameworks, tools, and governance standards
• Available 8 to 20 hours per week
• Ready to begin in the coming weeks
