About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner with strong Primavera P6 skills to join our major CAPEX project in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. This role is essential to supporting the execution of engineering and construction activities in a GMP-regulated environment. You will work directly with local and international teams, ensuring top-notch schedule management, coordination, compliance, and communication.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Track progress and provide regular updates, reports, and variance analyses to stakeholders
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation according to project needs
• Facilitate communication between local (German-speaking) and international teams
• Conduct risk analyses, assess changes, and update schedules as required
• Ensure all planning activities meet GMP compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and support interdisciplinary collaborations
• Participate in on-site planning meetings and interface with engineering, construction, commissioning, and quality teams

Who You Are

• Proficient in Primavera P6 project planning software
• Fluent in English, with a good command of German for daily integration
• Previous experience in engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or medical device sectors
• Understanding of GMP-regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Able to commit to full on-site presence (Monday–Friday)
• Collaborative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
