We have partnered with a Global pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Project Procurement consultant to support €€€ million greenfield investment in Germany.

Project Details:

Contract: 12 months (+potential to get extended)

✔ Location: Germany

✔ Onsite(Hybrid)

✔ German-speaking only

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for CAPEX projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for construction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with project goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance.
• Monitor procurement risks and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

Key Deliverables

• CAPEX procurement strategy and sourcing plan tailored to project scope.
• Executed supplier contracts with defined terms, timelines, and SLAs.
• Procurement milestone tracker aligned with the overall project schedule.
• Risk mitigation documentation and compliance reports.
• Monthly procurement performance dashboards and budget tracking.
