Project Quality Manager (H/F)

As part of the development of our activities in Germany, we are looking for a Project Quality Manager (H/F) .

Your job responsibilities

• Serve as the key quality point of contact for project teams , ensuring effective coordination with the Quality Manager across international industrial projects
• Promote consistent working practices across projects , ensuring alignment with company processes, internal procedures, and industry best practices
• Support stakeholders in interpreting and applying customer, regulatory, and quality standard requirements
• Contribute to the definition and deployment of the Project Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and monitor its proper implementation throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and validate technical deliverables and quality documentation prior to submission to the customer
• Prepare and participate in key technical project milestones and reviews , including design reviews, manufacturing completion reviews, and installation reviews
• Manage non-conformities throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform quality inspections on manufactured products to ensure full compliance with project specifications and quality standards

Your profile & personality

Master’s degree or engineering degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within aeronautic industry

Experience in quality management for turnkey or customized industrial projects

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and corrective action management

Good knowledge of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

Strong expertise in risk analysis methodologies and FMEA

Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management standards , including the preparation and management of Quality Gates

Experience in quality documentation management and compliance verification

Fluent in German and in English
