About Position

The Projects and Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the Launch Management Process and Supply Chain activities, ensuring the successful product launch from the regulatory stage through to market launch. The role involves close collaboration between Abdi Ibrahim Turkey and Abdi Farma GmbH teams, as well as with in-licensing partners.

Job Description

• Launch Management: Coordinate all steps of the launch process from regulatory approval to market launch, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met on time.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Align supply chain activities with launch timelines, ensuring timely availability of materials and resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (Abdi Ibrahim Team, Abdi Farma, R&D, Regulatory, etc.) and external in-licensing partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Risk & Process Improvement: Identify risks early, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous process improvements for future launches.
• Compliance and Regulatory Alignment: Ensure that all launch activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and supply chain coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and product launch strategies.
