• Sie übernehmen die Leitung von Bauprojekten im Bereich des Anlagenrückbaus und der Anlagensanierung, beispielsweise beim Rückbau von Stellwerken, Gleisinfrastruktur, Leit- und Sicherungstechnik sowie Oberleitungen inklusive Lückenschluss.
• Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele sicher, steuern das Projektbudget und erstellen sowohl Kosten- als auch Terminpläne sowie regelmäßige Projektreportings.
• Sie zeigen insbesondere zu Projektbeginn und Baustart Präsenz vor Ort, um sich ein genaues Bild der Situation zu machen und potenzielle Risiken realistisch bewerten zu können.
• Sie entwickeln Bauphasenkonzepte in enger Abstimmung mit Planungsbüros, Dienstleistern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Telekommunikation, Bauwesen oder Elektrotechnik, oder über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Sie bringen Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter (m/w/d), Bauleiter (m/w/d), Projektsteuerer (m/w/d) oder Projektingenieur (m/w/d) mit.
• Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich von Telekommunikationsanlagen und idealerweise auch in der Baufeldfreimachung im Seehafen Rostock.
• Sie wenden die Programme der MS-Office-Familie sicher und routiniert an.
