timberleicht is a pioneer in planning sustainable timber and timber hybrid buildings. We use our own 3D software and standardized, automated processes to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions for the construction industry and have already tested them on more than 200 buildings.

Projektleitung Bauphysik, GEG & Schallschutz (m/w/d)

Locations: Köln, Hamburg, Freiburg – hybrid work available.

We are looking for an engaged building physicist with a focus on the Building Energy Act (GEG), sound insulation, and sustainability. You will be our first in this area and have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life with a strong team of developers and engineers.

Responsibilities

Analyse and calculation of building-physics aspects of our innovative timber projects in accordance with GEG.
Development and optimization of sound insulation concepts for our clients’ buildings.
Collaboration with our structural planning and development team.
Documentation and creation of building-physics certificates.
Consulting and supporting the team during the planning phase of projects.
Further development of automated processes based on our proprietary software together with the software development team.

Qualifications

Completed studies in civil engineering, building physics, energy efficiency or related disciplines.
At least five years of experience applying GEG and strong knowledge in sound insulation.
Passion for sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in construction.
Enthusiasm for forward-thinking design and planning.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a high level of initiative.
