Property Manager- German Speaking (m/f/d) – 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

General Property Management Support:

• Assist GMs in Germany with day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance coordination, lease administration, and tenant communication.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and property standards.

Administrative Assistance:

• Prepare, review, and maintain property-related documentation such as leases, contracts, and reports.
• Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate resolutions in collaboration with the on-site team.
• Maintain accurate records of property expenses, budgets, and performance metrics.

Reporting & Communication:

• Generate regular reports on property status, occupancy rates, financial performance, and maintenance issues.
• Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for the on-site teams and GMs.
• Provide updates and feedback to GMs on operational matters.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all property documentation adheres to German legal and regulatory standards.
• Support the development and implementation of property management policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management or real estate.
• Work experience in Germany with a strong understanding of German property laws and practices.
• Professional fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong command of English for internal communication.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
