Public Relations Manager

Position OverviewThis role will support and advance Temu’s public relations and communications efforts in Germany/France/Italy, enhancing brand awareness and reputation while strengthening relationships with media and other key stakeholders.You will work closely with Temu's global PR team, leveraging local insights to plan and execute communications initiatives in the DACH region/France/Italy. Key Responsibilities1. Develop and implement PR plans for DACH region/France/Italy, aligned with global and European communications strategies2. Build and maintain strong relationships with major national and trade media, experts, and other influential channels3. Design and deliver compelling content and communications initiatives that bring Temu’s brand story, values, and innovations to life4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with Temu's messaging and objectives.5. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing analysis and insights to global teams.6. Support local storytelling efforts that highlight Temu's value proposition and contributions. Requirements1. Native speaker of German/French/Italian, with excellent command of English as a working language to communicate effectively with global and regional teams2. Minimum five years of experience in public relations, communications, or media roles. Industry background in e-commerce, retail, tech, internet sector, or consumer goods is a plus.3. Deep understanding of the local media landscape, including established relationships with key media outlets.4. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and message adaptation for different audiences.5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, with strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
