Purchasing & Sales Assistant Manager

For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for a:

As our operations scale and market opportunities increase, we are seeking talented professionals who can strengthen our commercial excellence, enhance cost competitiveness, and build a more agile and resilient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Lead price negotiations and manage contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, risks, and pricing to support cost-effective decision-making.
  • Track supplier performance and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations).
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, guidelines, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Handle sales inquiries for various subscription services.
  • Conduct cost analysis and manage contracts.
  • Support pricing strategy planning and customer negotiations.
  • Track, review, approve, and process supplier invoices.
  • Request invoices in alignment with project planning.
  • Validate invoices according to company policies.
  • Register invoices in internal systems and provide them to the Finance department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or equivalent qualification.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with procurement and or sales across multiple countries.
  • Strong negotiation skills in IT procurement or sales
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with high accountability
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and software
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent English & Korean skills (German is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Flexible working time.
