Responsibilities

• Own and manage the weekly release cycle to ensure predictable, low-risk deployments
• Identify bottlenecks in QA and release pipelines and drive continuous improvement
• Test desktop applications across Windows and macOS environments
• Coordinate quality efforts across native and web engineering teams
• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test suites
• Track, document, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools
• Contribute to strong documentation, testing standards, and user-focused engineering practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional QA or software testing experience
• Proven experience testing desktop applications on Windows and Mac
• Hands-on knowledge of test automation and release management
• Proficiency in TypeScript, C#, or Swift
• Strong experience using bug-tracking systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
