Job Description

Quality Management Associate – CAPA Management

Responsibilities

• Self-responsible management of CAPA Projects, including their documentation
• Management of in-depth root cause investigations related to various Brainlab products and processes
• Identification of necessary actions and coordination of their adequate implementation
• Close collaboration with subject matter experts within the Quality Management department and from other divisions such as R&D, Production and Operations
• Report status regarding CAPA Projects within the company, including different levels of Management
• Presentation and justification of CAPA Projects in external audits of Brainlab by the Notified Body

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or life sciences preferred, but other degrees may be considered
• Interest / Experience in quality management
• Excellent documentation practice and communication skills in English language
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach
• High level of thoroughness
• Persuasive power and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
