Are you a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn? We're looking for a Quality Associate to join our client's team located in Berlin. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our vendor qualification process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sitting on qualification tasks to ensure that all our suppliers, hospitals, and pharmacies meet our high-quality standards.

Handling a variety of administrative tasks , including reviewing and processing documentation to ensure compliance.

Providing support to our Quality Assurance (QA) Managers by assisting with the administrative aspects of deviations and CAPAs .

While this is an admin-heavy position, it's a critical gateway into a Quality Management career. Our client is looking for someone with a practical mindset who is eager to learn and grow with them.

Qualifications

Has a strong sense of responsibility and can manage an admin-heavy workload.

Is willing to learn and is not afraid of a challenge.

Has some experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) . Our client values practical experience and a willingness to learn.

This is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our client's Berlin office three days a week .
