Qualifications

Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following mandatory criteria. Failure to provide proof will lead to exclusion from the evaluation process

• Education: University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field (Minimum Requirement).
• Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Software Testing and at least 5 years in Test Management (Minimum).
• Certification: ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level (Test Manager) (Minimum Requirement).
• Language Skills: German C1 level or higher (CEFR) (Minimum Requirement).

Maximum points are awarded for candidates who demonstrate:

• Proven experience in large-scale projects (>1,000 Person-Days).
• Specialized expertise in HP ALM and Micro Focus Octane.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management processes in complex IT environments.
