By concentrating on the processing of plastics, glass fiber materials and carbon fibers at an early stage Hufschmied achieved a top position in Europe in the machining of new materials. To strengthen our team we are now looking for a:

Quality Control Coordinator (m/f/d)

• Technical coordination and daily planning of exam tasks in a small team
• Prioritization of test orders and coordination with production/work preparation regarding deadlines and interfaces
• Conducting intermediate and final inspections of high-quality products according to the test plan
• Visual, dimensional and functional checks, as well as evaluation of deviations and feedback to the relevant departments
• Quality checks on universal measuring instruments and measuring machines (after structured training)
• Monitoring of test equipment (care, functional testing, basic maintenance; e.g. calibrations according to specifications)
• PC-based documentation of test results and participation in the continuous improvement of test procedures.

Your profile

• Careful, reliable and precise work ethic
• Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
• Technical understanding or interest in technical processes (e.g., production, crafts, measurement technology)
• Ideally, experience in the manufacturing/testing of technical products or tools.
• Experience in providing professional guidance to colleagues is desirable, but not a requirement.
