Quality Control Specialist (m/f/d)

As our network grows, maintaining consistent service quality across all operational areas is key.

In this role, you support the implementation and execution of quality standards across the network and ensure that operational performance meets defined targets.

You work closely with different teams to identify issues, analyze data, and drive improvements.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of service quality standards across all operational areas
• Monitor performance and contribute to regular quality reporting
• Track quality across network, sorting centers, transportation, and planning
• Identify operational issues and support root cause analysis and resolution
• Monitor end-to-end timeliness and service performanceSupport the implementation of improvement measures together with internal teams
• Analyze platform KPIs and contribute to performance optimization
• Coordinate with different departments to improve operational outcomes
• Support training and enablement activities for regional teams and partners
• Help ensure consistent execution of operational and quality standards

Your Profile

• First experience in logistics, operations, quality control, or performance management
• Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
• Strong skills in data analysis (Excel or similar tools)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce environments is a plus
• Fluent in English, Chinese is a strong plus
