Key Responsibilities:

• Define measurement standards, enhance process performance and product compliance, and ensure reliability and repeatability throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist quality representatives, implement advanced product quality planning, facilitate process failure mode and effects analysis, and integrate appropriate quality solutions together with specialists.
• Apply process management guidelines consistently, maintain and update process documentation, and continuously improve process maturity.
• Review process changes for consistency and impact, track key performance indicators and action plans, and manage risks and opportunities effectively.
• Integrate best practices and lessons learned, conduct structured root cause analyses such as the Five Why method, cause-and-effect diagrams, and Pareto analysis, and ensure effective process implementation.

Your qualifications:

• University degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or aircraft construction
• 2 years experience in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering and process improvement
• 3 years experience in quality management
• FMEA experience is necessary
• Deep knowledge of SAP
• Good understanding of risk and total quality management
• Business fluent English
