Quality Engineer (Automotive)

With sites in 4 continents, this company are a major company in the automotive space, providing products and services for combustion and electric vehicles. Due to a need to expand their Quality team they are looking for a Quality Engineering candidate to join and help with the implementation of IATF 16949.

In this role you will be working in and leading a small quality team aiding and maintaining the companies implementation of IATF 16949. You will work closely with the Plant and Engineering Managers and be supported by other Quality Leaders at other sites, ensuring Process & Product Quality, positive Supplier and Customer Management as well as ensuring Continuous Improvement.

The candidate will have a strong Quality Engineering background with good knowledge of IATF 16949 standards. They will be comfortable supporting junior quality team members and need to be able to speak German and English fluently.

The person:

• Relevant Engineering degree or transferable technical education
• Strong Quality Engineering background - IATF 16949
• Fluent English and German speaker
• Commutable to site
