• Your Tasks

Provide post-market R&D support for audio processors & accessories and ensure compliance with EU MDR, FDA and ISO 13485
Drive product and supplier changes within change control, incl. obsolescence management, alternative part qualification, and V&V planning and implementation
Maintain risk management and design documentation (risk files, tech docs, traceability) to ensure audit readiness
Contribute actively to the quality system, driving continuous improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally and feed post-market learnings into product improvements and change decisions

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Engineering or equivalent education
• High level of reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges
• Strong self-organization, resilience, and initiative, paired with a conscientious and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage

• Minimum Salary

Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
