Quality Specialist Managementsystems, Processes and Audits (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

The aim of this position is to support the local process owners in the continuous improvement of existing processes and documentation, identifying interfaces, and fostering a process mindset over department thinking.

1. Development and continuous improvement of the global Management System and standards, covering company processes and departments, including practical implementation and action plans.
2. Support customer audits conduction and planning.
3. Develop and maintain audit programs to ensure compliance with integrated management systems and procedures.
4. Support and conduct projects involving CAQ software, QM, or the Process House.

Main Focus: ISO 9001 / Process Management / Audits

• Assist local brands in creating, maintaining, evaluating, and approving QM documentation on the Process House.
• Support and follow-up on certification audits, as well as external and internal system, process, and product audits.

Main Focus on Findings

• Evaluate and approve corrective and preventive measures in collaboration with relevant departments to eliminate process errors, considering error impact, process reliability, and economic efficiency.

Your skills:

With this knowledge, you will strengthen our team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technical studies, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in process / QM / audit.
• Very good knowledge of ISO Norm 9001:2015.
• Experienced internal auditor and in Lean Management.
• Strong process optimization skills (Quality Stream Mapping) and familiarity with continuous improvement tools like 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel including Pivot, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are beneficial.
