Real Estate Analyst

A Germany-based self‑storage investment platform backed by an international private equity investor follows an opportunistic / value‑add strategy. The company plans to acquire 50+ sites within the next 2–3 years, focusing on sustainable garage parks, conversions, and ground‑up development of storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preliminary evaluation and underwriting of investment opportunities and financing.
• Preparation of company and asset presentations and transaction documents.
• Oversight of financial models, performing sensitivity analysis and stress testing.
• Assist with aspects of the due diligence, documentation, and structuring processes.
• Responsibility for the preparation of internal investment committee memorandums.

Key Attributes:

• Fluent German speaker and excellent written / verbal English communication skills.
• Interest in real estate and private equity.
• 0‑2 years of full‑time experience, including relevant internships.
• Strong analytical skills and basic financial modelling and excellent presentation capabilities.
