Recruiter (d/f/m)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a communications or creative agency
• Experience with recruiting processes, from job posting to onboarding - and a desire to further develop and optimize existing processes
• You have already worked with an HR tool (e.g. Personio, Greenhouse, Recruitee or similar)
• Passion for People & Culture and a genuine interest in accompanying people on their career path
• Experience in direct approach (active sourcing) and a very good network in the creative industry
• Overview of relevant universities, talent pools and creative competitions
• A structured and independent way of working, paired with a high degree of communication skills and team spirit
• You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills
