On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist(m/f/d) at our Bonn location as part of our direct personnel placementservice.

Your Tasks

• Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Identifying and attracting top talent via job portals, socialmedia, and networks
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Supporting employer branding and HR marketing initiatives

Your Profile

• Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or similar field
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in an internationalenvironment
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, team-oriented and detail-focused personality
