💼 What you’ll doOwn and grow client relationships in your market (you tell us, which market you want to cover)Run searches end-to-end (brief → sourcing → interviews → offer)Engage confidently with senior stakeholdersCreate targeted outreach and sharp client proposalsShape our local positioning and GTM for your countryWork directly with the founder on regional growth
🧩 What you bringProven 360° recruitment experience (Professional Search or startups ideal) or strong Sales/BD background in talent/consulting servicesNetwork and market understanding in your target market are a plusFluent English (plus regional language is a huge plus)Commercial drive, entrepreneurial mindset, high accountability, low egoStructured, reliable, motivated to build long-term
