The Opportunity

This is a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant role focused on building and growing client relationships across Germany within the SaaS space. You will run a full recruitment desk – developing new business, managing client partnerships, and sourcing high-quality SaaS talent.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-performance environment where autonomy is trusted, standards are high, and success is well rewarded. You will receive direct training and mentorship from the company owner, who brings 10+ years of specialist experience in tech and SaaS recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build new client relationships across Germany within the SaaS market
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to win new accounts
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
  • Source, engage, and qualify top SaaS talent through multiple channels
  • Build and maintain strong candidate and client networks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
  • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end with quality and pace
  • Consistently meet and exceed billing targets

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of 360 recruitment experience (sector open)
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship building
  • EU right to work essential
  • Able to work in a creative, collaborative and flexible manner
  • You are commercially driven with strong ownership mindset, and can run a desk autonomously
  • Able to work to the company’s corevalues: Integrity. Hunt as One. Raise the Standards. Own the Outcome
