Regional Account Manager – EMEA

Overview

We are exclusively recruiting for a Regional Account Manager – EMEA on behalf of a global logistics and supply chain organisation.

This is a senior, high-impact sales role focused on winning and developing large enterprise healthcare accounts across the EMEA region . The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic growth, working closely with international stakeholders across EMEA, the US, LATAM, and APAC .

Responsibilities

• Own the full account lifecycle , from strategic planning and prospecting through to negotiation and closing
• Drive new business growth within enterprise healthcare accounts , covering both cold chain and general cargo solutions
• Develop and execute regional account strategies aligned with global objectives
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and long sales cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global commercial, operational, and solutions teams
• Represent the business at senior client meetings and industry events
• Travel regularly across the EMEA region and internationally as required

Candidate Profile

• Strong freight forwarding background is essential
• Proven experience in enterprise-level sales , ideally within healthcare or another complex vertical
• Demonstrated success in winning large, strategic, multi-country accounts
• Ability to navigate complex decision-making structures and senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute, strategic, and comfortable operating at a regional/global level
• Willingness to travel frequently
