Regional Business Development Manager MedTech (m/f)

We are a fast‑growing international e‑commerce platform in the MedTech business based in Switzerland, specialized in the global sourcing and distribution of medical equipment. To support our expansion in the Middle East region, we are looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager MedTech (m/f) to further strengthen our position in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end international projects in the medical device sector
• Coordinate with suppliers, healthcare institutions, and partners across Europe and the Middle East
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Arabic‑speaking markets
• Lead communication with clients in English and Arabic
• Support procurement, negotiations, and project execution
• Ensure compliance with international medical device standards and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Medical, technical or commercial vocational training or a corresponding degree
• Several years of sales experience in field sales and international project management, cross‑border medical device logistics & compliance
• Strong knowledge of business practices in the Middle East
• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
• Additional languages (German or Persian) are a plus
• Strong intercultural communication skills
