Responsibilities

Implement and execute Delivery Assurance processes for selected consulting projects.
Conduct independent risk reviews during the bid phase and perform risk assessments during the hand‑over process.
Manage operative risk and ensure that mitigation activities are executed and monitored.
Conduct quality assurance reviews on selected processes.
Monitor project finances.
Execute escalation procedures and run the recovery process for project escalations.
Support continuous improvement of Risk and QA Management processes within the region.

Qualifications

More than 5 years’ experience with SAP complex project delivery, including financials/KPI, as a project or programme manager.
Multinational project experience is strongly recommended.
More than 3 years of experience in risk management and execution of quality assurance reviews.
Ability to work autonomously and organize multi‑profile teams.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and employees.
Influence internal and external key stakeholders and motivate people.
Willingness to travel 20–40% of the time.
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
