Overview

The Regional Marketing Product Manager is responsible for driving product marketing excellence across the European region by cultivating academic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), enabling sales through high-impact marketing collateral and customer insights, and executing co-marketing collaborations with strategic partners. This role bridges global strategy and regional execution, ensuring products are positioned effectively to accelerate adoption, credibility, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Academic KOL Cultivation & Engagement — Identify, map, and develop long-term relationships with regional academic and clinical KOLs aligned to strategic product priorities.
  • Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to engage KOLs in speaker programs, investigator-initiated studies, publications, and educational initiatives.
  • Translate KOL insights and influence into actionable feedback for product positioning, messaging, and pipeline strategy.
  • Support regional congresses, symposia, and educational events by securing KOL participation and shaping scientific narratives.
  • Develop, localize, and optimize regional sales and marketing collateral (e.g., value propositions).
  • Ensure all materials are compliant, customer-centric, and aligned with global brand standards.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, market assessments, and competitive analysis to inform targeting and messaging.
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify gaps, gather field feedback, and continuously improve marketing assets.
  • Track performance of marketing assets and campaigns, translating insights into data-driven actions.

Co-Marketing Collaborations & Execution

  • Identify and evaluate co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, distributors, and technology collaborators.
  • Lead planning and execution of regional co-marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, events, content, and product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure seamless execution, clear accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor performance of co-marketing activities and optimize based on ROI and strategic impact.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Degrees preferred (majors: Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related fields).
  • 3 or more years of experience in Marketing or the Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail (timelines, checklists, logistics, multitasking).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent Mandarin & English communication.
