Regional Sales Manager – Channel Partners Europe

In this role, you will:

• Own and grow distributor (Channel Partner) relationships, ensuring sales above market pace.
• Coach and support partners on product knowledge, local market trends, and consultative selling.
• Execute sales and marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy.
• Provide sales analysis, market insights, and accurate reporting using CRM and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Genomics, Equipment Sales, Clinical Applications, Regulatory, Finance) to deliver results.

About you:

You have proven sales experience in the fertility or broader medical device market, with strong customer focus and relationship-building skills. You are analytical, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

Travel requirement:

At least 50% of your time will be spent visiting customers across the region, with occasional international travel for trainings, congresses, and sales meetings.
