Regional Store Manager

As Regional Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a store in the Löningen region. You will ensure the effective leadership, organization, and motivation of a team of 20-40 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will analyze key performance indicators, optimize business processes, and improve store performance.
• You will guarantee successful implementation of our store concepts and ensure excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and high-quality service.
• The team can rely on their experienced leader who sets a good example and takes action themselves.

Requirements:

• A minimum of several years of professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with leadership experience in a similar position is required.
• A team player with high sense of responsibility and ability to motivate and inspire employees should have strong interest in this position.
