Regional Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

A big scoop of ownership and commercial impact. You’ll get to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional franchise and wholesale partners, including Joint Business Plans

• Act as the key interface between internal teams and decentralized retail partners to ensure alignment and execution

• Identify white spaces, distribution gaps and regional opportunities to strengthen market presence

• Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms and promotional agreements

• Drive sell‑in, sell‑out and distribution with strong focus on in‑store execution and visibility

• Conduct store visits and performance reviews, translating insights into actionable plans

• Collaborate closely with Field Sales and internal teams to ensure consistent execution and information flow

Skills & Qualifications

• 3‑5 years’ experience in FMCG sales or key account management

• Strong experience with franchise or decentralized retail systems is a strong plus

• Hands‑on field mentality with a strong focus on execution and in‑store impact

• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills without central buying power

• Confident negotiator with solid understanding of trade terms and retail dynamics

• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of sell‑out drivers and P&L impact

• Fluent in English and German
