Position titleRegistered Nurse (m/f/d)DescriptionAs a Care Panda, you will provide professional care to our patients in their home environment.Responsibilities* **Basic care** : You assist our patients with personal hygiene, such as washing, showering, bathing, brushing teeth, and dressing. You also help with mobilization and transfers (e.g., from bed to chair).* **Treatment care** : You perform medical and nursing procedures such as changing dressings, administering injections, measuring blood sugar, and dispensing medication. You monitor vital signs and adjust the care plan as needed according to the doctor's instructions.* **Documentation** : You record the nursing care process in the patient file and create reports for medical collaboration.* **Communication and social care** : You conduct conversations with patients to understand their needs and promote social interaction.
