WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Definition of technical specifications related to various investment compliance requirements ongoing review and optimization of the relevant business processes
• Advising the business in the areas of MiFID II/MiFIR MAD/MAR MiCAR PSD II SRD II EMIR etc. to ensure adherence to the relevant regulatory requirements
• Monitoring of the development of the relevant regulatory and legal norms regulatory horizon scanning across the EU member states
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding investment compliance
• Preparation of reports for management and for supervisory authorities processing of inquiries of the EU supervisory authorities
• Close collaborative cooperation with other departments in particular Risk Legal Finance and People
• Continuous training in various compliance topics

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Successfully completed studies in economics law or business law or comparable studies
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements and/or
• Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR WpHG MaComp MaRisk MaDepot MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks
• English fluency is a must German and other EU languages are an advantage
