We’re not looking for customer service reps. We’re looking for battle-tested closers who can change a prospect’s mind, handle objections, and close on the first call. If you don’t have the grit, discipline, and track record to back it up—do not apply.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ Years of Proven Sales Experience – telesales, recruitment, door-to-door, insurance, financial products, or high-pressure sales environments.
  • Performance-Driven: Expected to close at least 10 sales per day (3 days per week).
  • Proven Track Record: Be ready to share your highest monthly sales record or proof of smashing past targets.
  • Mind-Changers: Skilled at turning hesitation into confidence and a firm “yes.”
  • Resilient & Relentless: Rejection fuels you, competition excites you, money motivates you.
  • Not Customer Service: If your background is renewals or account management only, this isn’t for you.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Modern Laptop/PC (8GB RAM, iCore processor or better)
  • Wired fiber internet (no shared connections)
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Quiet work environment
  • Fluent English with a clear, professional accent

What Success Looks Like
  • Closing 10 sales per day on inbound calls
  • Using rebuttals and tools effectively to flip objections
  • Helping prospects make confident buying decisions on the spot
  • Hitting weekly/monthly sales targets consistently
  • Earning commissions that reflect your performance
