Removal Immigration Attorney

Position Overview

• Type: Primarily remote with occasional appearances when required by the court
• Court Appearances: Required as needed
• Primary Focus: Representation in removal and asylum proceedings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of four years practicing immigration law
• Strong experience in immigration court required
• Deep commitment to immigrant rights and justice
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to keep learning

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience
• Quarterly bonuses: Discretionary, often ranging from $20,000 and up
• Paid time off: 15 days annually (combined vacation and sick leave)
• Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match (after one year)
