As a Renewal Specialist, your journey with the customer begins well before their contract expires. You are responsible for ensuring a seamless renewal experience, protecting recurring revenue, and identifying opportunities to expand customer value across our product portfolio.
You will own the full renewal lifecycle and upsell sales cycles for your assigned accounts, ensuring contracts are executed on time, risks are mitigated, and customers clearly understand the value they receive from our solutions. You work proactively to minimize churn while identifying low‑complexity upsell opportunities that support ARR growth.
You will manage customers across FO and BC product lines, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to maintain a healthy and growing SaaS subscription base.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SaaS subscription models and renewal dynamics, combined with a customer‑centric mindset and a disciplined approach to operational excellence. You are commercially aware, detail‑oriented, and confident engaging customers in renewal and upsell conversations.
The position requires a structured and detail‑oriented executor who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. You are customer‑focused and commercially driven, with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue protection.
You demonstrate strong organizational skills, forecasting discipline, and attention to detail. You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, comfortable working within policies and Delegation of Authority guidelines, and committed to continuous improvement.
You are a self‑starter who plans ahead, executes with consistency, and maintains high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
