Requirements Engineer – Radio Communication Systems

I am looking for Requirements Engineer for my customer in Munich.

The role will be hybrid in Munich (3-4 days onsite) and will be under Arbeitnehmeruberlassung Contract for 18 months initially

Key Responsibilities

• Specification and design of innovative and complex military communications systems for multiple customers
• Leading technical negotiations with external customers and partners; contributing to quotations
• Capturing and transforming customer requirements into technical system solutions
• Developing a holistic view of communications system architecture, including use cases, functional chains, and interfaces
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders (sales, product / project management, R&D)
• Planning and executing verification, validation, and acceptance strategies in consultation with customers
• Ensuring installed performance at the customer’s site

Candidate Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable discipline
• Must-Have: Solid knowledge of use cases and functional chains in military communications systems
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g. JAMA, DOORS) and MBSE / testing tools (e.g. CAMEO, EA)
• Ability to think at a functional, system-wide level and to take ownership within multidisciplinary teams
• Business fluent in both written and spoken German and English
