Research Assistant (m/f/div)

The Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg (Germany) has an opening for a research assistant position in the research group "Biological Physics" of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Cissé (

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and is limited for two years.

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform cloning, cell culture and imaging experiments
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of research projects
• Assist in develop and implement new methodologies and techniques
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor in biology or related field.
• A background in molecular biology with a minimum of three years of experience is required.
• Familiarity with cloning and cell culture techniques.
• Experience with imaging techniques is preferred.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies.
