Your Tasks

• research tasks in stochastic (65 %)
• teaching to the extent of 4 hours per week (25 %)
• contribution to academic self-administration (10 %)

• scientific academic degree (e. g. Master's degree) in mathematicsor in a subject related to mathematics
• completed PhD in Mathematicsor in a subject related to mathematics
• profound knowledge of probability theory
• german language skills (sufficient for teaching in German) or ability and willingness to acquire such skills
• good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• independent, self-reliant and dedicated style of work
• cooperative and team-oriented work ethic
• good communication skills
